The Problem
Managing premise services for the 2000+ employees of ICICI Lombard, an Indian Corporate Bank, was tedious and resulted in waste of company resources and employee time.

Cafeteria
- Manual process of ordering, payment and collection of food at the cafeteria counters
- Congestion due to queues in the cafeteria premise, specially during lunch hours
- Checking physical menus at individual restaurant counters

Lobby
- Manual log of visitor entry, date and time at the lobby reception
- Outdated system of informing employees of their visitor’s arrival through corresponding landline extension. If the employee is away from the desk it results in longer waiting time for the visitor

Meeting Rooms
- Checking meeting room availability and blocking it on an outdated CMS platform

Pantry Services
- Physically checking the pantry’s food inventory
- Placing order for snacks and beverages for/during a meeting over the phone
- No way of checking live status for the order
The Solution
A utility based hybrid app with quick functionality that lets employees discover and avail services in the corporate premise of ICICI Lombard was created
The project involved creation of wireframes, user journeys and moved swiftly to the UI design. The app was launched in 2 months from initiation.
