About
Brokers.io is an integrated, multi-exchange terminal that helps users buy and sell crypto assets between different exchanges. It provides users access to over ten exchanges, and the best digital asset currency deals on the market. They came to Momentum to design the retail desktop and mobile experience, capitalizing on our UX strategy, research, and design expertise.
Discovery and Research
Product features and the SRS (Software Requirements Specification) technical documentation was shared in the project kick-off. I conducted immersive research of the competitors to gain an understanding of the task-flows for crypto trading.
User Interviews & Synthesis
I collaborated with the team at Brokers.IO to conduct user interviews with their customers. An interview script was used in the process to get insights from the candidates on their daily tasks and pain-points while trading.
