Problem
As a growth stage start-up, Verkada launched 4 new product lines in quick succession between 2021 and 2022 in addition to its 2 flagship products. Each team built their products independently to launch and scale fast, resulting in an inconsistent UI and a fragmented experience for common features for our customers. The Sales, Product and Solutions Engineers teams heard frequent complaints about alerts.
